Where is free shipping available?
Free shipping is available to lower 48 US and Canada. If you need shipping on items outside of lower 48 US or Canada please email us to get a quote at sales@prolificbranddesign.com
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, and PayPal.
When I order a design, what files sent to me on completion?
We send you print ready CMYK JPEG files (300dpi) and Print ready PDF files. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or other editable files are not provided for standard design projects. Logo design project deliverables: Full color, spot color, and one color AI, PDF, JPEG, PNG files are provided. Vehicle Wrap design project deliverables: AI and PDF 1:20 scale vector print files and a JPEG preview file are provided.
How should I prepare my own design files for printing?
Preferred upload file type is PDF. If you are uploading PDF files created in Photoshop, flatten all images.
We also accept .JPG (JPEG), EPS, TIFF, PSD, and AI file types, however PDF is the preferred format.
• Use the CMYK colorspace (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, blacK). CMYK colors are different than RGB (Red, Green, Blue), which are used to show colors on your computer screen.
• Use a resolution of 300 dpi or higher for image files.
• Artwork should have 1/8" (0.125") bleed beyond where it will be trimmed.
• Use a safe area of 1/8" (0.125") inside the trim area. Do not put text or other important elements within the Safe Area or it could be cut off.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery times for each item are listed on their respective product pages, generally most items ship in 1-2 weeks upon recieving print ready artwork or approved printing proof when using ProlificPrints design service.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your data and security are very important to us. We use only encrypted secure payment processing.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering if you are using our design service we will follow up via email to go over your design with you. If you have uploaded print ready files we will follow up with a proof after checking your artwork via email. Once design proofs are approved we begin print production.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes you can print a copy of your invoice upon completing your order or by logging into your account and selecting the order you wish to print an invoice for.
